Eric Pham, chef and owner of Khue's, carries forward the culinary legacy of his mother, Khue Pham, by reimagining Vietnamese cuisine with bold, traditional flavors and modern techniques. Shaped by his early experiences at his family's restaurant and rigorous training at Spoon and Stable, Eric is dedicated to honoring his cultural heritage and sharing it with a new generation of diners.
