Khue (kway) is the oldest of seven kids and mother of three: Matthew (24), Eric (22) and Sydney (20). She grew up in Rạch Giá, Vietnam where she spent most of her time taking care of her younger siblings. At 15, she and her family suffered the unexpected loss of their father. This meant Khue had to be more than just the eldest sister, she had to fill the space left by her father. For Khue, cooking is an act of love. Every Tuesday the Quang family gets together to share their favorite home cooked dishes. Khue is a devoted mother, wife, chef and friend. She has a big heart and serves as a role model and an inspiration to us all. Khue's hard work, dedication, and passion for cooking was passed on to her second son, Eric.
